so for the weekend of the 4th, the wright family came up from gardner to spend some time with us. joe had to march in the "sundown salute" parade, so we ventured downtown to enjoy the festivities...here airen and sunny show their patriotism
daddy and punky after the paradeat the "fair" they had water wars, in which i "demanded" laura and i participate in...basically we just slingshot water balloons at each other *L* it was a lot of fun and very "cool"...thanks for playin' laura!!! =)

on friday, joe, airen and i went to the petting zoo there....airen had a blast seein' all the animals and even fed the goats

swimmin'...all of us, minus rodney, because he was generous enough to get out and take the picture ;) 
the guys and their kids...i like how it seems airen and sunny are carryin' on a good conversation =)
the rest of the weekend we just enjoyed hangin' out around the house...we swam, played guitar hero, and shot off fireworks...
